From Highway 59, exit Buffalo Speedway.

Turn North on Buffalo Speedway.

Turn East or Right on Richmond.

At the first light, turn North or Left on Eastside.

The building is called River Oaks Green, and is in the second block on the right.

River Oaks Green is a six-story building with green columns. A parking garage is on Sul Ross. Suite 435 is on the 4th floor.
