Couples and families, like individuals, are faced with many challenges
that force the couple or family to adapt. These stressors can take its
toll on the family's sense of well being where individuals within the
system can grow and develop optimally while still remaining connected.

Family and couples
therapy can help to identify stumbling blocks and build on current strengths.
Relationships are the perfect place for people to grow and learn new skills
that will enhance their lives, whether it is in the area of improved communication,
heightened intimacy or a deepening of trust and security.
It is my belief that intimacy can only occur in an atmosphere of trust.
Couples can learn new ways of achieving trust and intimacy in their relationships.
Some of these skills can be developed through the identification of the
values that the couple hold dear, which can make room for new ways to
keep their relationship passionate, nurturing, warm, loving, fulfilling,
spiritual, fun, always growing and changing in a positive direction.
